2012 Yankee Toys Schedule

The Yankee Toys 2012 Schedule has been released.

Should be an exciting year with lots of new properties.

Can’t wait to get back on our trails with old friends as well as meet up with our new members.

Our first event is around the corner, be sure to join or renew for what we hope will be an amazing season!

Spring Meeting and Trail Ride, May 22, 2010

1 04 2010

Happy Spring everyone!

We’ve decided to move back the Spring meeting to coincide with our planned May Trail Ride in Southern NH. We have reserved the trails for the whole weekend but the meeting itself will be on Saturday May 22nd.

We will meet off the trail and then go over to the trails after. Exact meet up time and location to be determined but mark those calendars for May 22nd.

This is our yearly club business meeting. We will be voting in new officers and signing folks up for various committees and planning groups.

Sheri Becker, our amazing VP, has decided not to pursue reelection to her office. Sheri isn’t leaving us, she’ll still be helping with Fall Gathering, but family and work will be her focus going forward and we wholeheartedly thank her for her service and wish her the best in her non-wheeling endeavors.

As for myself, now serving my 3rd year as Club President, would LOVE to hand the reigns to someone else as well. We’ve had the same leadership group for 3 years now, and while we are all very proud of our accomplishments the club NEEDS fresh leadership.

Please let us know if you would like to run for a position, and we look forward to seeing everyone in May.

Click here for ongoing discussion and details, thank you.

Another Fantastic Event

BIG THANKS to all our trail leaders, organizers and other helpers, it couldn’t have happened without this gigantic group effort.

Special thanks to Sheri, Jason, Jim and Lane! These folks deserve so much credit for all their hard work, planning and preparation.

Also a big thanks to all our volunteer trail leaders who all take a lot of responsibility on their shoulders when they take out a group. Every single one of them deserves a huge pat on the back.

This year, as with every year, there wasn’t a single person that we asked to help that didn’t eagerly step up and take on the challenge, Kina, Dave Nevison, Wally, Randy, Jason and SO many other folks who pitched in, fixed other people’s broken rigs, helped correct issues and problems as they arose, solicited raffle prizes, sold tickets, and all around just kicked butt for this club and it’s members all weekend long.

This club continues to amaze me every year with their fantastic attitude, hard work and camaraderie. It is a privilege to be involved with Yankee Toys.
